Aizen Free send-guard
Terms of sale

What you buy, and what you can ask for.

These terms apply when you buy the Operator Pack on aizen.one. Version of 6 November 2026. Each version stays online at its own address, and your order confirmation email links to the one you accepted.

The terms

1. Who sells

Aizen Media sp. z o.o., ul. Ogińskiego 2, 85-092 Bydgoszcz, Poland, entered in the Polish National Court Register (KRS) kept by the District Court in Bydgoszcz, 13th Commercial Division, under number 0000889619, tax ID (NIP) 5621814196, share capital PLN 5,000.00. Email: kacper@aizen.one; you can also reply to any email we send you about your order. Post: the address above. In these terms "we" means Aizen Media sp. z o.o. and "you" means the buyer.

2. What you buy

The Operator Pack, version 1: a ZIP file with seven Claude Code guards, one of them the free send-guard, an installer with a dry run, backup and uninstall, tests, the Copy Desk skill and three working procedures in English. It is digital content supplied as a download, not on a physical medium, and you keep it after one payment. There is no subscription.

What each guard does and what it does not catch is described in its README; the summary is on the Operator Pack page. To use the Pack you need Claude Code, Bash and Python 3. It is tested on macOS; it has not been verified on Linux or Windows yet. The guards help you catch mistakes in your own workflow. They are not a security product and do not replace backups, access control or your own review.

You may use the Pack under the licence in Annex 2, which is also included in the ZIP.

3. Price, taxes and payment

The price is $49 (US dollars), one payment. It includes the VAT or other sales tax that applies to your purchase. Which tax applies depends on your country and on whether you buy as a business with a valid VAT number, so the tax line can differ from buyer to buyer, but the price you pay stays $49. The payment page shows the total and the tax before you pay. If your card is in another currency, your bank converts the amount at its own rate and may charge a fee; we do not.

You pay by card or another method offered on the payment page of Stripe, our payment provider (Stripe Payments Europe, Limited, Ireland). We never see your full card number. There are no delivery costs.

4. How the order works

  1. On the checkout page you enter your email address and tick two boxes: that you accept these terms with the licence, and that you ask for the download to start right away and understand that you lose the 14-day withdrawal right (section 6).
  2. You continue to the Stripe payment page, enter your billing details and, if you buy for a business, your VAT number, and click the button to pay. Clicking it is an order with an obligation to pay.
  3. The contract is made when the payment goes through. You are then taken to your download, and we email you the order confirmation: the download link, the main terms of the contract, the record of your consent from section 6 and and a link to the version of these terms you accepted.

The contract is made in English. We keep the record of your order, including the consent you gave and the time you gave it. You can correct a typo in your details before you pay by going back from the payment page; after payment, write to us.

5. Delivery

The download is available right after payment, on the page you are taken to and through the link in the confirmation email. The link is for your own use and works for up to 30 downloads; if it stops working, you need more, or the email does not arrive within an hour, write to kacper@aizen.one and we send the file by hand. If you ask us to supply the Pack and we still do not, you can end the contract and get your money back.

6. Your right to withdraw

If you buy as a consumer, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a contract made online without giving a reason. Under Polish law the same applies to a sole trader who buys for a purpose that is not professional for their business.

For digital content supplied as a download this right ends once the download is made available to you, if you asked for the download to start before the 14 days end, we told you beforehand that you would lose the right, and you acknowledged it. You do this on the checkout page in a separate box, which we do not tick for you; without it the order does not go through. We confirm your consent by email with the order confirmation. The legal basis is Article 38(1)(13) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act (ustawa o prawach konsumenta) and Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU.

If you did not give this consent, you keep the right to withdraw for 14 days from the day the contract was made. To use it, send us a clear statement by email to kacper@aizen.one or by post to the address in section 1, before the 14 days end. You can use the model form in Annex 1, but you do not have to. We refund the full price within 14 days of receiving your statement, by the same payment method, at no cost to you. After withdrawing you stop using the Pack and do not share it.

Losing the withdrawal right does not affect the 30-day refund in section 7 or your rights if the Pack does not work as described (section 9).

7. The 30-day refund

Separately from your legal rights, you can ask for your money back for any reason within 30 days of purchase. Write to kacper@aizen.one from the address you used at checkout, or reply to the order email. We refund the full price to the same payment method within 14 days of your request. No form and no questions. After a refund the licence ends, so delete the files it covers: everything except send-guard, which stays yours under the MIT licence. This promise is voluntary and adds to your legal rights; it does not replace them.

8. Invoices

Every purchase gets a VAT invoice in Polish and English, issued in Fakturownia, the invoicing service we use, and emailed to the address you gave at checkout. If you buy for a business, enter its name and VAT number on the payment page: it goes on the invoice, and for a business in another EU country with a valid VAT number the invoice is issued under the reverse charge. We can change the buyer details on an invoice afterwards only as far as Polish tax law allows, by a correction.

9. If the Pack does not work as described

We are responsible for the Pack matching this contract. If you buy as a consumer, or as a sole trader for a purpose that is not professional for your business, you have the rights the law gives you for digital content: we are liable if the Pack did not match this contract when we supplied it and the problem shows within two years. If it shows within the first year, we presume it was there from the start. You can ask us to fix it, free of charge and without significant inconvenience to you; if that is impossible, too costly, not done in reasonable time, or the problem is serious, you can ask for a price reduction or withdraw from the contract. These rights come from chapter 5b of the Polish Consumer Rights Act and Directive (EU) 2019/770, and the 30-day refund comes on top of them.

To make a complaint, write to kacper@aizen.one with what happened, the system you run it on, and what you would like us to do. We reply within 14 days. We may ask you for information about your setup to the extent needed to find the cause, in the least intrusive way available; we do not need remote access to your computer.

For two years from your purchase we supply fixes that keep version 1 working as described, free, by email to the address you used at checkout. A later major version may be sold separately; you do not have to install it, and the version you bought keeps working as described when you use it as the README says.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits the rights a consumer has under mandatory law, or our liability for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence. If you buy as a business (other than a sole trader with consumer protection, see section 6), our liability under the contract is limited to the price you paid, and we are not liable for lost profits or indirect damage. The guards hold the kinds of calls their README describes and do not catch everything, so check what your agents do before you rely on them.

11. Questions, complaints and disputes

Write to kacper@aizen.one first; most things are settled by email. If you are a consumer in Poland, you can also get free help from your municipal or district consumer ombudsman (rzecznik konsumentów) and ask the Provincial Inspectorate of Trade Inspection (Wojewódzki Inspektorat Inspekcji Handlowej) for mediation. If you live elsewhere in the EU, the European Consumer Centre in your country can help with a cross-border dispute. We have not agreed to use a particular out-of-court dispute body, but we answer any request from one. If a dispute arises, we tell you in writing whether we agree to take part in out-of-court resolution before a particular body.

12. Law and courts

Polish law applies. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in the courts the law gives you. For buyers who are businesses (other than a sole trader treated as a consumer under section 6), the court for our registered office decides disputes.

13. Using the site

To use aizen.one and buy the Pack you need an internet connection, a current web browser and an email address; the pages work without JavaScript. The site's free features (reading the pages, the gate demo, the free send-guard download) need no account, and you can stop using them at any time. If you sign up for our letters, you can end that at any time with the unsubscribe link in every letter. Do not send us unlawful content through our forms.

14. Your data

How we handle the data from your purchase is in the privacy notice.

15. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms for future orders. A change never applies to an order already made: your purchase stays under the version you accepted, which your confirmation email names.

Annex 1. Model withdrawal form

Complete and return this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract and you still have the right to (section 6).

Annex 2. Operator Pack licence, version 1

Copyright 2026 Aizen Media sp. z o.o. This licence covers everything in the Operator Pack except guards/send-guard/, which is open source under the MIT licence included with it. Covered are the six guards copy-guard, deploy-gate, root-files-guard, secrets-exfil-guard, spend-guard and subagent-model-guard, the installer, the tests, the packs, the Copy Desk skill and the procedures (together: the covered files). The covered files are licensed to you, not sold.

You may: use the covered files as the one person who bought them, on any number of your own computers, with no time limit; change them for your own use; use them in work you do for yourself, your company and your clients, and what you produce with them (copy, code, reports) is yours; keep backup copies.

You may not: share, resell, sublicense or publish the covered files, or a changed version of them, whole or in a form that lets someone use them instead of buying the Pack; give access to other people (a team needs one licence per person; write to us); remove this licence or the copyright lines.

End of the licence: the licence ends if you take a refund or withdraw from the contract, and if you seriously breach it and do not stop within 14 days of our email asking you to. When it ends, delete the covered files. send-guard stays under MIT.

Warranty and liability: the covered files are supplied as described in the README files and section 2. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, we give no other warranty. Section 10 of the terms applies to our liability, and nothing in this licence reduces the rights a consumer has under mandatory law.

Law: Polish law applies; a consumer keeps the protection of the mandatory law of the country where they live.
